Almond/cashew milk recipe
This is a super simple recipe that takes just 5 minutes of preparation. You can use it to replace dairy milk in all your recipes. It is rich in proteins and omega 3 essential fatty acids.
Ingredients
½ cup raw cashews or almonds2 cups water
Method
In a blender, add the nuts and one cup of water. Blend until smooth, then add the remaining water and blend again until creamy.Strain to remove bits.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
